25 years experience in ICT of which 10 years in software development & technology, 15 years management of which 7 Years experience in managing IT Shared Services, mainly Europe & Africa based entities, including manufacturing & logistics industries.  Over 5 years experience in the leasing industry of which 2 years in a country executive board  and over 3 years in a international program management function.

Experience includes building and consolidation of Data Centers, successful migration of IT activities and resources into shared service centers, stabilization of activities post migration,  process and technology improvements to achieve improved service efficiency and reduced costs, designed and supported implementations of  IT organisations.  Developing strong relationships with European and Africa business leaders, building confidence in the new services model.

Experience of establishing Service Level agreements, management of large teams through cultural change to a high performance and customer service based focus and business partnering to integrate and align Shared Service Centers with other business functions and objectives.
